Fathers Day was on Sunday and I wanted to share a little bit about mine!!:-) I did not get to see my dad on Fathers Day but I saw him the day before and he knows how much I love him! He is by far the most wonderful, considerate, funny, and smartest human being I know. My parents had a child at a young age and weren't prepared for the two more after that (who ever is?) But my dad got up the courage to go back to school to get his degree and graduate with a CPA. If I was in that situation they were in I honestly don't know if I would have the same amount of courage as he did. My parents struggled when we were young (they never showed it because we were always happy) but because of my dad we had a wonderful and most of all a blessed life!
My dad is a big kid inside a ?? years old body! He just likes having fun and living life; something I admire dearly. All of what he is and who he is.. Is what made him a wonderful dad to grow up with and an even better friend. You reach that point in a parent-child relationship where your child grows up and you can only be lucky to call your child your "friend". I, along with my dad, are 2 of those lucky people:-)
He's always been there for me an I just hope I can be there for him from now on. I love you daddy!:-)
Hope you had a wonderful Fathers Day Dad
